Fact: 80% of this strip’s budget was spent on Rob’s hair.
Not really, but guess who’s back! That’s right, I didn’t put this blog out of its misery. I still have stuff to say and draw about music, and a bigger project I’m working on that shall find it’s (first) home here when it’s time comes. Also due: Some sort of revamp/redesign. More about this and that later.

…What do you people mean I should update more often?
Sure I had and still have comic ideas to do but really, I’m not even trying to do a proper update for 2008. (No scanner around for the holidays, so.)
Anyhow I’m still alive, (still lazy,) feel free to poke around. For more recent stuff of mine there’s teh eljay, guest strip making of and… Okay I drew some hippies earlier this week. Yep.

So there!
Okay, it wasn’t perfect (as I didn’t have my camera with me nor bought a PS-t-shirt. Was there even any?), but atmosphere in the front row was friendly and fun. My accomodation was great too, thanks to my host-roommie.

Blah blah blah bad anatomy lazy artist yes there are actually four blokes in Coldplay and even it’s summer, drawing/painting (hello there acrylics) outside might not me the best idea.
Apparently ants find my pencil case very interesting.

Long time no update, eh?
Well, I kinda said next time would be about MGMT, so here we are.
Those pretty hippies played a brilliant, psychedelic/prog-y gig featuring tie-dye, baggy trousers and free fruit, and brought sunshine to otherwise rainy and grey Helsinki. Well done!

No better way to start this summer’s gig season than black and white photography exhibition and two hours of legendary (and grumpy) geezer croaking onstage. Result!

Whoops, I’m bit late with this one.
But who cares, I’m on holiday!
And starting the summer gig season tomorrow evening when I go to Helsinki to see that old geezer Dylan! Still, as legendary he might be, how amazing all the festivals will turn out, and how cool it is that band as hot and young as MGMT are coming, Sigur Rós are THE band I’m most looking forward to see this summer. (Okay, MSP coming to bloody Oulu is almost as legendary but I’ve already witnessed them live.)
Sorry folks but this’ll have to do for now, even it’s supposed to be summer holiday for me now, real life and other fictional concepts are keeping me too busy. Seeya,
